Looking ahead, we’re committed to achieving Net Zero and have pledged, through the SME Climate Hub, to reduce our emissions by 50% by 2030 as an initial milestone. We collaborate with sustainability consultants to continuously improve our practices, focusing on responsible food sourcing, transparent provenance, and providing Carbon Literacy Training for our team. Through the active implementation and review of sustainable practices, we are contributing to a more responsible future for catering and events.
